BSU Services

MSMEs require a wide range of support to give them the maximum chance of success. The BSU provides a suite of business support services through our highly professional Business Advisors. The BSU provides five (5) core services:

Business Planning

Business Planning is one of the most critical services offered by the BSU. Our enthusiastic and exceptionally qualified team of Business Advisors will help to ensure that the MSMEs in the TCI are resilient and sustainable by providing one-on-one business planning services.

Training

Training and workshop seminars are provided in core business courses to educate, empower and inspire business owners and entrepreneurs. Training is delivered face-to-face and via our virtual e-learning platform.

Counselling

Our Business Advisors provide clients with confidential, one-on-one counselling on all aspects of business operations.

Administrative Services

Clients can utilize computer workstations with internet access, multi-purpose copier, printer, scanner and stationery at no cost.

MSME Programme Recipient Support

Recipients of the MSME Programme are provided with one-on-one support to ensure they properly manage their business. Additionally, MSME Programme recipients have access to all the services provided by the BSU; to ensure that their business is sustainable and resilient.
