Angela Musgrove, born and raised in the Turks and Caicos Islands, distinguishes herself as profoundly driven and focused; embracing the core values of integrity, excellence and selfless service.  With graduate and post-graduate qualifications in Economics and Finance respectively, she is passionate about nation building. She was awarded the British Empire Medal in 2013 for her services to youth development in the TCI and is excited about her continued contribution to the development of these islands in her current role as CEO. This role brings a sense of pride and fulfilment, being able to promote the business opportunities available in the Turks & Caicos, attracting investment, that will ultimately improve the quality of life for the people of the Turks & Caicos Islands.

Mother, Wife, and Entrepreneur, she enjoys simple pleasures, including family time and reading.  She considers her volunteer work with the youth population as one of the most rewarding ways to give back to her community as she firmly believes that you cannot build a nation without first empowering its people!

Keno Forbes

Keno Forbes

Senior Vice President - Investor Services

Keno Forbes, a proud Turks and Caicos Islander, was raised in South Caicos, fostering a profound dedication to community and country. With over 20 years in the Financial Services industry, he’s garnered global and local expertise, including roles at Fortune 500 firms like State Farm Insurance and Wilmington Savings Fund, one of Delaware’s top banks. In 2016, he founded Ignite Consulting Ltd, focusing on Human Resources, Operations Management, and Leadership Development across various sectors.

Certified as a Chartered Director, Keno has chaired several Government, private sector, and non-profit boards. In 2021, he became the youngest Director on the Financial Services Commission. Holding a master’s degree in management and credentials from the John Maxwell Group, he’s committed to continuous learning, completing a certification in Trauma and Resilience in 2024.

In 2018, Keno launched the Boys to Men Leadership Forum, providing mentorship to young boys. This initiative has positively impacted numerous lives, offering care packets, sports gear, and workshops in schools.

While Keno holds various roles, none are as cherished as being a husband and father.

Vice President - Marketing and Promotions

Rayshell Campbell, a native of North Caicos, Turks and Caicos Islands, graduated with First Class Honours in Marketing from the University of Hull and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management with Marketing at the University of Lincoln. Her certification in Public Relations underscores her dedication to effective communication.
 
Following her studies, Ms. Campbell honed her skills as a Marketing and Sales Administrator at Project Vision in Oxford, England, where she excelled in managing marketing campaigns and Consumer Relationship Management (CRM).
 
Returning home, she joined Junior Achievement Turks and Caicos as Coordinator, contributing significantly to youth education in financial literacy and entrepreneurship while providing marketing support to MSMEs at the Centre For Entrepreneurial Development.
 
In 2021, Ms. Campbell transitioned to the Utility Industry as Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Officer at FortisTCI, spearheading internal events and communication efforts while also contributing to external marketing strategies.
 
With expertise in market research, strategy, event management, community outreach, and project management, Ms. Campbell is poised to enhance brand visibility and nurture client relationships at Invest Turks and Caicos Islands through her passion for brand development, digital marketing, and consumer psychology.

Vice President - SME Development

Alexa Cooper is an extraordinary individual whose passion for personal and professional growth is truly inspirational. As the Vice President of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Development at Invest Turks and Caicos, she embraces her role with unwavering dedication and a burning desire to make a difference.

Before joining the remarkable team at Invest TCI, Alexa honed her skills and expertise in various mid-level management positions. Notably, she spent four years as the Business License Manager in the Revenue Department of the Ministry of Finance, where her invaluable contributions earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues and the wider community. As an exceptional leader, Alexa has also had the privilege of serving as the Innovation Manager for the TCI in the OCTA Innovation Project.

Beyond her professional achievements, Alexa is a Chevening Alumna, an entrepreneur, a dedicated community volunteer, and a former Soroptimist International Club of Grand Turk president, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to empowering women and fostering positive change.

Alexa’s educational accomplishments are equally impressive, with degrees including a BA (Hons.) in Human Resource Management, a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration, and an MSc. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (with Distinction) from Queen Mary University of London, UK.  

Anissa Adderley

Director - Business Support Unit

Anissa Adderley, a versatile professional with a Master of International Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Palm Beach Atlantic University, boasts a rich career trajectory spanning local, regional, and international roles.

Previously serving as an International Student Advisor at Nova Southeastern University, Anissa facilitated the student visa process for hundreds of students from diverse backgrounds. She garnered acclaim as a star recruiter during her tenure as Recruitment Manager at Atlantis Resort and later made significant contributions to branding initiatives at Aliv, notably with Pompey Museum and Lynden Pindling International Airport.

In 2021, Anissa assumed the role of Acting Vice President of SME Development at Invest Turks and Caicos, where she gained valuable insights into business challenges. Now heading the Business Support Unit, she is poised to leverage her entrepreneurial spirit to support and inspire entrepreneurs, aiming to foster resilient and sustainable enterprises.

Kayanna Seymour joins the ITCIA team as Corporate Services Manager. A former Mid-management banking professional having 14 years of progressive banking experience in areas of Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, Compliance, Business Banking, Operations, and Customer Service. 

She is described as professional, efficient, and dependable. Kayanna values respect for others, integrity, and confidentiality. These are extremely important attributes that she strives to abide by in all her daily dealings.  

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from the College of the Bahamas now University of The Bahamas.

Marjha Nazon is a dedicated finance professional aiming to enhance the development of her community through the utilization of her past experiences gained from involvement with both for-profit and non-profit local organizations. Raised in Providenciales, she pursued her education at Clement Howell High School and the Turks and Caicos Community College, achieving a bachelor’s degree in business management and finance. Recently, she accomplished a master’s degree in international relations from Liverpool John Moores University and holds membership in the UK’s Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Her enthusiasm extends beyond finance as she harbors a passion for numbers, sports, and world politics.

Judith Garland

Legal & Compliance Officer

Judith Garland is a highly motivated and progressive professional who prides herself in her contribution to the national development of the Turks and Caicos Islands. During her previous employment with the Government, she contributed to significant development initiatives such as the National Parks Programme and the Environmental Centre, the Solid Waste Management Programme, and the National Strategic Health Plan. She also worked on development projects such as the Grand Turk Cruiseship Port, Amanyara Resort, and Ambrigis Cay Development. From a legal perspective, she has guided several bills through the legislative process, including the National Parks Ordinance and Crown Land (Illegal Occupation) Ordinance. Judith holds an LLM in Environmental Law and Policy and LLB with honors from the University of London. For the past four years she has worked with Miller Simons O’Sullivan, one of the leading law firms in Providenciales, where she practiced in the areas or property conveyancing, Immigration, Probate and real estate development. Judith is an excellent fit for the Agency and takes great pride in ensuring that her advice and guidance to the Agency is timely and of the highest standard.  

Judith has a passion for running and runs/walks almost daily. An active member of the Provo Roadrunners, her mission is to inspire women and girls to increase physical activity through walking and running as a part of healthy living.

Salik Garland – a native of the Turks and Caicos Islands who prides himself on achieving the best possible outcome for his clients. Salik has been in business for over 5 years, and during this time he has achieved a degree in BA Business Administration in addition to working in various client facing positions in London UK such as: Customer Consultant; Senior Sales Executive; Account Executive; Business Development Manager and currently Investment Services Executive at Invest TCI.

Salik is passionate about the Turks and Caicos Islands and the economic development of the country. When working with him, you can expect proactive solutions and someone who is committed to providing the best help and guidance with your investment project in the islands.

Outside of work, he is outgoing and is always happy to develop relationships and connections with people from all walks of life.

Sheryl McLaughlin

Sheryl Mclaughlin joined the Invest Turks and Caicos team in March 2019 as the Investment Services Executive. She is tasked with the management of foreign and domestic investor development related projects.
Prior to joining the TCI Invest team she held the position of Platinum Associate at CIBC First Caribbean Bank for approximately ten years. She brings a vast amount of experience in high net worth client account management, maintenance and compliance to the team.
She is a highly driven and resilient individual that continues to enhance herself both personally and professionally. She holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing with a minor in Finance from the University of Tampa and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Finance.

Sheryl approaches all matters with integrity and high ethical standards and acknowledges the importance of retaining confidentiality in a business environment.

Hezron Henry joined the Invest Turks and Caicos staff in June of 2016 as Marketing Support Officer; tasked with ensuring the marketing and operational elements of Invest TCI function effectively. He brings with him experience as Programme Officer of the TCIG Health Promotions Unit where he was responsible for programme development and management, and design and implementation of promotional resources. Hezron holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix; a boundary-spanning field of study relating to how information and communication technologies (ICT) can be deployed to improve business processes and enhance the organisational value.

Marzena Hinson – is a Turks and Caicos Islander who has recently joined the Invest Turks and Caicos Islands  Team in the role of MSME Support Officer. She holds 5 years’ experience as prior to joining Invest TCI, she was employed with CIBC First Caribbean Bank for 7 years as a Sales Support Officer. Marzena also appreciates that operating with integrity and  ethical standards takes a person far in life. 

She has a high level of knowledge and training in working with client management, due diligence, and establishing a confidential and professional environment. 

Marzena is self-motivated and is a recent graduate with a  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Shevon Williams – A proud daughter of the Turks and Caicos Islands, Shevon Williams embodies dedication, organization, and enthusiasm as an Executive Administrative Assistant. With a fresh perspective and a commitment to excellence, Shevon brings invaluable skills and energy to her team.

Shevon holds an Associate Degree in Primary Education from the Turks and Caicos Community College, where she honed her skills in organizational management and communication. Eager for continuous growth, she is currently advancing her knowledge by pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management.

In 2023, Shevon became the Administrative Support Officer at Invest Turks and Caicos, gaining valuable professional insights that quickly led to her promotion to Executive Administrative Assistant.

Outside of her professional life, Shevon is an outgoing individual who loves exploring the world and spending quality time with loved ones. Her adventurous spirit and warm personality make her a joy to work with and an inspiration to her peers.

Lashena Simmons – Joined the team in July 2023 as a Business Advisor attached to the Business Support Unit in Grand Turk.

 Coming from the Tranquil Island of Salt Cay, Lashena has lived and worked in 6 of the Inhabited islands in the Turks and Caicos, this has enhanced her ability to communicate well with persons from all demographics.

Having spent the last 18 years in banking and customer service combined at the supervisory level, Lashena brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. This enhances her ability to assess the needs of our clients and pair them with the services and support they require.

She is a confidential, trustworthy, dedicated, engaging, professional with a passion for helping and empowering whomever she encounters.

Lashena believes in “being the change you want to see in the world” and is very active in non-profit organizations in her community and her church where she serves in various ancillaries, her main focus being the women’s group where she seeks to encourage and empower women.

Lashena is the mother of two beautiful children and a proud alumni of the TCI Community College.

Charlene Astwood holds a degree in Business Economics and Law from the University of Buckingham. She is also certified in Project Cycle Management and Personal Banking.  

She was employed by the government for six years working in the Economics Department at the Ministry of Finance, where she gained vast knowledge in budgeting, collection recoveries and sales management.

She further ventured into the banking sector and was subsequently employed at Scotiabank Turks and Caicos for over ten years. She has worked with numerous clients to help them choose, invest, and manage plans that have offered safe investments and excellent returns.

She emphasizes the need to increase the level of business investment by Turks & Caicos Islanders. As your trusted and knowledgeable Business Advisor, her main goal is to help you make well-informed business decisions.

Temeka Rigby holds the role of Administrative Officer of Invest Turks and Caicos Agency. She is a native of Bottle Creek, North Caicos, where she completed both her primary and high school education.

In 2005 Temeka was employed by TCInvest, the former Investment Agency, as Credit Assistant Officer and Receptionist.

Temeka is currently enrolled in Penn Foster College where she is pursuing an Associate Degree in Human Resource Management.

She is a wife of 18 years and a mother of three fantastic children.
