The business model is focused on growing onion, ginger and garlic on a Freehold 12 acre plot for packaging and distribution to supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, schools etc and for retail sales to households across the Turks and Caicos Islands. These products are household staples and they also boast health benefits, but sadly are not produced locally.
