Amethyst Property Development (APD) is an established property development company, whose goal is to deliver affordable permanent homes and vacation homes to residents and non-residents in Providenciales. To this end APD has so far constructed eight (8) townhouse units, as Phase I of a two-phased development. APD now proposes to embark on Phase II of the development. Of the eight townhomes, APD has sold 7 and one unit has been kept for the owner.
Phase II will comprise sixteen (16) two-bed room 21⁄2 bathroom units. The townhouse complex would also include two swimming pools, each with a gazebo, and security gate house. When completed, Amethyst Townhomes will be a residential community consisting of twenty-four (24) units on two (2) acres of property. In addition to the twenty-four (24) units, there will be two swimming pools, each with a gazebo and barbecue grilling area.
Each two (2)-bedroom unit will contain a spacious master bedroom with closet and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom will be standard size and contain a closet. The living, dining and kitchen area will be styled in the “open plan” concept. The kitchen will have Corian counter tops, stainless steel sinks and wooden cabinets and be outfitted with a standard appliance package including stove, refrigerator, microwave, stackable washer/dryer and dishwasher. Each unit will have decorative ceiling fans, ceramic floor tiles and be wired for telephone, internet, and cable television. Purchasers will be responsible for the purchasing of their own furniture package and other ancillaries.
