Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a streamlined compliance management system and establishing robust compliance frameworks tailored to the organization’s immediate needs. This project involves designing and executing a monitoring and auditing plan, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The Project Manager will also oversee the setup and management of a compliance tracking system, conduct targeted monitoring and inspection activities, and provide focused training to staff. This position is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our operations and promoting adherence to established guidelines. The Project Manager will work closely with the Legal and Compliance Officer, providing detailed recommendations for action based on thorough evaluations conducted throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive compliance frameworks and management system to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Design and execute a monitoring and auditing plan to ensure effective oversight and compliance with agreements.
  • Implement and manage a customer relations system that supports compliance tracking and reporting.
  • Train staff on using the customer relations system to enhance compliance monitoring.
  • Provide guidance and training on compliance-related matters.
  • Conduct monitoring and inspection activities, including site visits, to verify compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Review and analyze contracts and agreements to identify and address compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all operations meet regulatory standards and promptly address any deficiencies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote compliance and resolve issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities, findings, and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all monitoring and inspection activities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Support the development and enhancement of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to recommend improvements to the compliance framework.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, compliance, or regulatory roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and project management tools and software.
  • Experience with customer relations systems is a plus.

Deliverables:

  • A streamlined compliance management system and established compliance frameworks tailored to the organization’s immediate needs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • A detailed, actionable plan for monitoring and auditing key agreements, including timelines, responsibilities, and key performance indicators.
  • Implementation of a customer relations system or tool to track and report on compliance activities.
  • Conducting focused training sessions for staff on the use of the compliance tracking system and relevant compliance procedures.
  • Concise reports summarizing compliance activities, findings, and recommendations, delivered at agreed-upon intervals or at the end of the contract.
  • Comprehensive documentation of all monitoring and inspection activities conducted during the contract term.
  • Document and establish compliance frameworks that support long-term sustainability and adaptation to regulatory changes beyond the contract term.
  • A report identifying potential compliance risks and recommended mitigation strategies.
  • An analysis of key contracts and agreements, highlighting any compliance issues and suggesting necessary actions.
  • Documentation of collaboration efforts with stakeholders to address and resolve compliance issues.
  • A final report summarizing all compliance efforts, outcomes, and recommendations for sustaining compliance post-contract
